And it looks like . . .
. . . another girl! I had my 20 week ultrasound today, and it was a much better experience than my last ultrasound . It was at a different place, and this tech was an older lady who had been doing this for quite a few years. She was friendly and talked all the way through it. She gave us some "4-D" pictures--those are so neat! It really looks like a baby, not just a fuzzy ghost-alien! The baby was pretty active again, and fairly modest, so there was no clear, legs-splayed shot of things, but we all 3 agreed that it looked like girl parts in there. Now . . . for a name. Just to remind you, here's our naming algorithm: Bible name for the first name, with no first initials repeated. And we've used up N, L, C, J, and A. Middle name will be for someone in the family or a close friend. We're open to "Biblical character quality names" too, like Grace or Hope. So feel free to send us your suggestions! : )

With an A-sound for our first girl, (& B & C are taken & I'm D for picnics) -- should we consider vowels?
Oh what fun! I'm... I have no idea on girls' names. We lucked out with Emily, because that was the only one we ever both agreed on. Rebekah is nice. But then I start going toward the really old-fashioned sounding ones, and I'd probably be no help at all. But whatever you name her will be just right. You guys are good at that. (An algorithm, even! We just caught on that we ought to switch to a different letter of the alphabet when we got to # four! LOL! You're WAY ahead of the curve!)
And I am So glad this u/s went better. The 4-D photos are amazing. Even now, we look at Emily's, and you can "tell" it's her and not some other random child. Just amazing.

I am so excited that Anna will have a sister. Hummm. Names. That is always the fun part. It is all moving fast. Talk to you soon. Have a wonderful Christmas
I really like Faith. We did not choose it so it is up for grabs. Girl names are always hard to choose. Have fun searching. Mel
Congratulations Claire and Bob... do you have any suggestions on how you (I know its really God) made girls after all your boys? We know of some friends that just found out they were having their fourth son... we love our boys but would love a girl!
Jenna--move to Virginia! That's what worked for us! LOL!! But Colorado and Ohio were both "boy" states for us, so you're out of luck, as long as you stay there! : )
